Technical Details

  • machine works automatically (feeding, bag production, date coding, filling, sealing and cutting) 
  • control of film feeding and heat sealing via servomotor
  • highly sensitive sensors with color recognition 
  • Panasonic PLC-control in combination with a 7-inch touchscreen: parameters can be easily adjusted and modified  
  •  daily production output and error messages are readable on the screen  
  • PID-temperature control ensures accurate sealing temperatures with a precision of ±1°C.
